Wellington County’s Summer Concert Series is back for its eleventh season at the Wellington County Museum and Archives (WCMA) Thursday evenings throughout July and August.
Concert Schedule:
July 11: Eddie Bullen and Belinda Brady
- Discover the roots of jazz music with Juno-award winning and Grammy-award nominated musicians Eddie Bullen and Belinda Brady as they delve into the rich history and origins of jazz and reggae music.
July 18: Chad Barnes Live Recording w/ Donny V
- Experience the magic behind the scenes and be part of the action as this entire performance is recorded live before your eyes.
July 25: 12th Line Band
- A special performance by the 12th Line Band, known for their stylistic blend of classic rock and country tunes.
August 1: Fergus Pipe Band and Paul Stouffer
- A special event featuring two sets: the first by the renowned Fergus Pipe Band, bringing the powerful sounds of traditional bagpipes to life, and the second by classical and jazz pianist Paul Stouffer, showcasing his exceptional skill and versatility.
August 8: Doug Clayfield Band
- An evening of rock’n’roll with classic rock covers and originals from this dynamic trio.
August 22: Ernie Kalwa Jazz Quintet
- A special evening honoring the legendary cats Duke Ellington & Thelonious Monk and immerse yourself in the timeless, complex, and innovative melodies of these jazz icons.
All concerts begin at 7:00 pm inside the Heritage Barn on site. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chair or picnic blanket. No registration is required, and admission is by donation. When people come to the Elora Farmers’ Market, they not only find great local foods, treats and artisanal products, they find each other too! Our market is a true community hub and our customers’ energy is what makes the market so special. Traditionally, the market operates from May to December each year. Beginning the first weekend in May, we are located alongside the beautiful Grand River in Bissell Park in Elora. The market has grown, thriving and changing with time, but our vision remains the same: a true farmers’ market, one where every Saturday people can find local, sustainably grown produce, meats, cheeses, delicious baking and preserves and artisanal crafts in a vibrant space.

Spend a relaxing and enjoyable morning with the alpacas and your yoga practice.
We will be right in the field with the alpacas calmly wandering around. Starting with a 45 min all levels yoga practice (co-ed), you will then have a chance to visit with the alpacas and feed them treats. There will be opportunities for fun yoga & alpaca pictures too!
Finish off the morning with a delicious treat for your self...locally made Udderly Ridiculous Goat Ice Cream or Crumby Cookie Dough!

Elora, ON —Have you always wanted to learn more about trees? You are in luck! Tree Trust is offering free 2 hour workshops this summer led by an experienced team who have considerable experience working on the Neighborwoods Tree Inventory.
Come and learn how to assess a tree's health, measure its height, pick up some basic ID tips and just have fun checking out trees in a small group setting. No experience needed - just a curiosity to learn more about the pillars of our urban forest. You can apply your new-found knowledge to your own trees, too!
